Anti-Corruption Training of Trainers for the National Defense University
On December 11-12, 2003 the Center for the Study of Democracy organized an anti-corruption training for lecturers from the National Defense University Vassil Levski and the High Military-Naval School N. Y. Vaptsarov. The purpose of the seminar was to enhance the capacity of these academic institutions to conduct anti-corruption training courses.

The seminar consisted of two modules - general issues connected with corruption (definitions, corrupt practices and spread of corruption in the state administration and economy) and issues related to the link between security and corruption with a focus on the mechanisms to prevent corruption in the system of the Ministry of Defense.

The event was organized in the framework of the project Prevention of Corruption in the Security Forces.
