Manual "Corruption in 100 Answers
In September 2000, the practical manual "Corruption in 100 Answers" was prepared. The manual is a practical guide dedicated to the most frequently asked questions about corruption and anti-corruption. The 100 answers to those questions are classified in five chapters. The guide is published by CiviLink Foundation, Coalition 2000 partner and financially sponsored by USAID. The authors are Georgi Boyadziev, Special Investigation Service - Head of Department, Emil Tsenkov, Center for the Study of Democracy - Senior Fellow, and Krassimir Dobrev, Sega newspaper - journalist.
